Another week that felt long. This one was less stressful though. When I have weeks like this where I get so stressed with things, I am very glad for my gratitude list. I keep it all week long and add to it as good things come along. This means that if I ever feel absolutely terrible, or just not fabulous, I can pull up my list and take a look at some of the happy things of that week. And I can always pull up past lists. Even if you don't put it up for others to see a gratitude list is a powerful tool for changing your outlook. On to my happy bits from the week.
