November is coming!

    November is coming!  And for different people that means different things.  If you live in the United States of America you know that Thanksgiving and family gatherings are likely imminent.   If you live in the United States of America AND work in a bakery, you know that you are going to be working a lot as people start to get crazy for rolls and loafs of bread and pies and cakes and all other manner of bakery goods.  But for me November is most highlighted by the crazy awesome challenge of NaNoWriMo.  Are you taking up the writing escapade this year?

    Have you ever dreamed of writing a novel one day?  Have you tried?  Have you finished?

    It is a great feeling to see something through.  And dreams can become reality if you take action and make it so.

    NaNoWriMo is the end to the someday novel.  Let's make all those dreams realities.

    NaNoWriMo is a challenge that starts every year at the stroke of midnight on the first of November.  It is a challenge to write a 50,000 word novel in 30 days.

    I know.  Crazy.

    Trust me, it can be done.  It isn't easy.  But lots of things worth doing are not easy.

    And you don't need a plan.  You can dive in head first with an empty document on the first of November and write what ever comes to your fingers.

    Or you can do some planning and prepping before you start.  As little or as much as suits you.
