Things I Love Thursday: One Last List in 2020

    

    Today is the last day of 2020 and it has not been an easy year for most people. We've lost a lot this year. And just because the ball drops or the calendar turns to a new year doesn't mean that the hardships will stop. But there are things we can do to keep hope and to keep treading along. 

    

    Do not give up on your self care. Whatever shape that takes. It will help keep your glass from going empty when times are rough. Do the little things that bring you joy even if no one else gets them. Listen to your emotions and your needs. And stay safe. 

    Here is one last gratitude list for 2020.
